We all adore cats.

Comfort and Contentment are our priorities and our trained staff follow FAB guidelines.

Radio 4 plays quietly in the background in our reception, while in the central aviary thirteen male cockatiels provide entertainment for active boarders. Elderly or shy cats are offered units with a tranquil outlook, and we also care for cats who are disabled.

The diet is always the same as given at home and we cater for cats who have special diets and needs. We can administer medication for most ongoing conditions, and will liase with your vet.

An understanding of feline behaviour allows our staff to communicate appropriately with each individual, as Anna and Pumpkin illustrate on the right.

We enjoyed a long association with Shetland Cats Protection since the day my friends and I created the Shetland Branch of the then CPL in 1984.
